ChannelO Music Video Awards 2012: D’Banj, Tiwa Savage others Win Big
D’Banj, P-Square, Flavour, Tiwa Savage and others all shared the spoils on Saturday, November 17 at Walter Sisulu Square in Kliptown, Soweto, South Africa at the 9th Annual Channel O Music Video Awards, each scooping awards in 6 categories.
D'Banj won the "Most Gifted Male Video of the Year' award" while P-Square walked away with the most 'Most Gifted Group/Duo' award for their collaboration with May D and Akon on 'Chop My Money', another Nigerian collaboration that was recognized was Flavour and Tiwa Savage's 'Oyi' remix which won the 'Most Gifted R&B Video of the Year' award. Davido for 'Most Gifted New Comer of the year, BrymO won ' Most Gifted Pop' for his hit song 'Ara' and Ice Prince for 'Most Gifted Hip Hop Video of the year'.
