Below is a rumored alternative cover for Kanye West’s upcoming album, Yeezus.

The controversial cover features a cartoonized Kanye hanging from a cross in the same way the Bible describes Jesus was nailed to a cross. The image has incited outrage among members of the Christian faith, and has been called a “disgrace” and “blasphemous” by religious groups and even the hip-hop star’s fans.

The album is set for release on June 18.

Lil wayne signs Paris Hilton to his music label (YMCMB)

Lil Wayne confirmed yesterday that he has signed the 32-year-old heiress to his label, Young Money Entertainment. Paris will release new music this summer under the label.

Paris has been rolling with the Cash Money crew for a while now. She released a song with Wayne in December 2012 titled "Last Night," and also appeared in the Rich Gang's video for "Tapout," alongside Cash Money all-stars Lil Wayne, Birdman, Mack Maine and Nicki Minaj.

On March 17 American singer-songwriter Beyoncé posted a three and a half minute long song clip containing a mash-up of two new songs, "Bow Down" and "I Been On"on her official website. There is no official word on if either song will be featured on her upcoming fifth studio album. You can listen to Beyoncé's two new songs "Bow Down" and "I Been On" here.

Featuring Terry G, this is the second Video off the Young D produced Upgrade Album. The reason why he chose such a rough flick after a Pop upgrade will however remain unclear.

2Face Idibia is riding high at number one in the first ever Official Naija Top 10, 
the definitive new chart of Nigerian contemporary music created by musicauthority MTV Base.  2Face’s top place in the inaugural chart – for Ihe Neme - was revealed on The Official Naija Top 10, the weekly countdown which premiered on the MTV Base block on NTA on 8 March.

Close on 2Face’s heels were P-Square with “Alingo” while Ice Prince’s “More” clocked in at number 3.  Other artists featuring in the top 10 included Banky W., Iyanya, Burna Boy and the late, lamented Goldie, with “Skibobo”.

Every week, The Official Naija Chart is decided by an elite panel of Nigerianbroadcasters, music specialists and tastemakers. As of the second episode, Bella Naija music editor Onos Ariyo will be joining DJ Jimmy Jatt, Cool FM’s DJ Xclusive, DJ Humility and Big Time(Rhythm FM), DJ Case and Toolz (The Beat FM) and Osagie Alonge (Nigerian Entertainment Today) on the judging panel. Bella Naijawill publish the Official Naija Top 10 on its website every Monday as will Nigerian Entertainment Today (www.thenetng.com).
