Yemi Alade to Co-Host YEM Awards 2012 with Kore Brown

Organizers of Nigeria’s premier award for up and coming acts, Young Entertainers and Music awards, YEM Awards, on Saturday 17th, November 2012, announce popular OAP Korede Ogunnaike, aka Kore brown and budding singer, Yemi Alade as hosts of the first edition of the prestigious awards. The event will take place Friday 21st, December 2012 at Bespoke Event Centre, Lekki, Lagos.

A delightful Yemi Alade, who could not hide her joy says, “I am pleased and very excited to be co-hosting YEM Awards alongside Kore Brown. It’s going to be a huge success; I can barely wait to hit the stage.”
 
“It’s an honour to be the co- hosting the very first edition of an award ceremony. I am also an ambassador for the award and have been supporting the award from the very beginning because it aims to celebrate up and coming artistes in the industry. Come 21st of December, we all shall have fun at YEM Awards” says, Kore brown.

The executive producer of the award, Osein Olakunle, expressed gratitude to the hosts for accepting to host the show with a short notice. “I must say thank you to both Kore Brown and Yemi Alade. We informed them late – by our own standard, but am pleased that we received positive responses from them. And to those who have been following our activities, we promise to deliver a good show. I and every other team member are doing all our possible best to ensure we put up a good award ceremony.”
