OSAS IGHODARO AJIBADE COVERS BLANCK’S SPRING/SUMMER 2018 EDITION X

It’s Blanck Magazine’s 10 Issue and we have the beautiful Star Actress, achiever, wife, mother, Osas Ighodaro Ajibade serving up major inspiration on our latest cover. Saving lives with her Joyful Joy Foundation, featuring in diverse successful productions from stage to film and absolutely loving every moment, Osas says she “never wants to be put in a box”. Oblivious to how much awe we’re in, she speaks of childhood dreams and future plans in a candid interview. Our Shooting cover Star is unstoppable, and we’ll have it no other way

"To see Osas Ighodaro Ajibade’s name in the company of Nollywood stars Kate Henshaw, Dakore Akande and the likes, featured on top Nigerian entertainment television shows, her confidence and style gracing covers of magazines and traffic heavy blogsites with love from a large fan base is a feat many aspire to accomplish. For Ajibade, it really is a tale of dreams coming true. Her cool yet steady determination after arriving in Nigeria in 2012 for a 6-month contact with Africa Magic’s soap opera Tinsel has opened many doors for Nigeria’s first ever Miss USA winner. Born in the Bronx, New York, her story of success in Nollywood is one Nollywood, Hollywood and even Bollywood tales are made of. Not to bring age into the conversation but her achievements are one to blow one’s horns about. At just 27, Ajibade is a double degree holder, one of Nollywood’s rising sweethearts, one of Nigeria’s top rated and voted women for her classy and stylish outfits as well as a trailblazer in facilitating and saving lives against malaria. She has stayed true to her roots and culture and is a shining beacon of inspiration for anyone in the diaspora who has hopes and dreams of one day returning to the motherland. Ajibade is living proof that success is a little bit about timing, a little bit about faith, a positive attitude and of course hardwork and determination”.
Unconventional photographer, Pol Kurucz challenges the imagination in an eleven-photo series exhibition and speaks of his unusual personality and manic style in a quick interview. Also featuring is Ade Bolaji. Surrealistic and provocative, his art pieces give an insight to his multifaceted persona and constantly evolving style.
Eye-popping and truly inspiring fashion editorials are hot off our pages in this tenth issue where we celebrate dreams, fiery passions and taking chances.
